Coffee Machine FAQ

Unless instructed, do NOT run a clean of the machine.


Issue

Solution

Milk flow error.

The milk tank is empty. Open the fridge and replace the bottle of milk.

All the coffee options are blocked out.

In the top left-hand side, check for a red notification. Check if there is an error other than cleaning. Once the error is solved, the options will resume. If not, please contact the service desk.

The mixing bowl isn’t in place.

Request the key from Nicole and turn to unlock. Gently lift the screen up and on the left is the mixing bowl. Take it out and reinsert it.

Bean containers are empty.


Middle container: Replace with regular coffee beans. Take care to avoid beans in the small clear container (it is for cleaning tablets).
Right container: Replace with decaf coffee beans.
