How to invite attendees 

  1. Open Outlook and switch to the calendar view
  2. Select New event
  3. Turn on the Teams meeting toggle
  4. Select the account you want to use for the meeting
  5. Add the meeting details, including the subject, location, start time, and end time
  6. Invite attendees
  7. Select Send

 

If your laptop does not support USB-A & HDMI connect the USB-A & HDMI cable to the dell adapter and connect the dell adapter to your laptops USB-C port.

Connectivity

  1. Connect the USB-A cable to your laptops USB port
  2. Connect the HDMI cable to your laptops HDMI port

 

If the room camera is not automatically detected follow the steps below to change the camera

Change your camera 

  1. Open Microsoft Teams
  1. Select Devices
  1. Under Camera, choose the camera you want to use
  1. Preview the camera's video

 

Change the layout of a meeting 

  1. Select Change view
  1. Choose a new view

As there is usually one screen in the meeting rooms presentations will take priority over participants. This means you will not see the participants during your presentation. 

 

Record the meeting

  1. Start or join the meeting
  1. Select the More actions button (three dots)
  1. Select Record and transcribe
  1. Select Start recording
  1. To stop recording, select Stop recording

The recording will be sent to the meeting host.
